The first Declaration of Independence in Vietnam was delivered by Bảo Đài in March of 1945. The ICP delivered the 2nd.
Inside 3 days the state had completely fallen apart as they attacked all their allies before they were ready.
Vietnam’s “Declaration of Independence” began the civil war against other political parties. They did not even begin to actively fight the French until December of 1946.
81 years past the date, we mark the beginning of the campaign of treachery, betrayal, and lies that is the modern state of Vietnam.
